Dr. Carl J. Urbanski
Carl J. Urbanski, O.D. is a lifelong resident of area. Dr. Urbanski received his undergraduate degree from Wilkes University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After graduation he returned to the area and joined his father's private optometry practice in Kingston to continue serving the vision needs of the families of the area. Dr. Urbanski is an active member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Association and American Optometric Association. He is a member and trustee of the Wilkes-Barre Kiwanis Club. Dr. Urbanski resides in Mountaintop with his wife Dr. Marty Shipe, and their daughter Emily.

Dr. Martha A. Shipe
Martha A. Shipe, O.D. joined her husband Dr. Urbanski in practice in August 2002 after praticing locally for the past ten years. Dr. Shipe received her undergraduate degree from Grove City College and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Shipe resides in Mountain Top with her husband Dr. Carl Urbanski and their daughter Emily.

Dr. Gail A. Evans
Gail Evans, O.D. received B.S. and O.D. degrees from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. Dr. Evans was a member of Eye Care Specialists' Optometric Staff since 1987. Her specialties include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting and evaluations, optometric management of Ocular Disease, and refractive surgery evaluation and co-management.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Pennsylvania Optometric Association, and the Northeastern Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. David Evans, and their children, Kyle, Brooke and Curtis.

Dr. David A. Evans
David A. Evans, O.D. is a lifelong resident in the Back Mountain Area. Dr. Evans received his undergraduate degree from Wilkes University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. After graduation he returned back to the Back Mountain Area to open his private practice in Nanticoke and join his wife, Dr. Gail Evans, at Elegant Eyewear.
Dr. Evans is an active member of the Pennsylvania Optometric Assocaition on the local level and the American Optometric Association on the National level. Dr. Evans resides in Dallas with his wife and their children, Kyle, Brooke and Curtis.
